1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the delicate and personal nature of fragrances, returns are accepted strictly under the following circumstances:

You have received a damaged product

You have received an incorrect product

Your order is incomplete

All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Proof

To maintain fairness and authenticity in every claim, a complete unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must:

Clearly show the sealed package prior to opening

Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts

Display the condition of the product and packaging

Claims without valid video proof will not be considered.

3. Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet the following criteria:

Product remains unused, untouched, and in original condition

Original packaging, box, and labels are intact

No signs of wear, tampering, or usage

Any deviation from these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is verified and approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as mutually agreed

5. Order Cancellation

We begin processing orders swiftly to maintain delivery timelines.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

Beyond this window, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances

6. Non-Returnable Items

To preserve hygiene, quality, and exclusivity, the following are not eligible for return:

Used or partially used fragrances

Products without original packaging

Orders purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

7. Final Discretion

House of Tsubasa reserves the right to:

Approve or decline any return request based on the evidence provided

Request additional verification if necessary

Modify this policy without prior notice to maintain operational integrity

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
